1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zelovari ("the Service"), operated by Smart Technology Investments LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. Continued use after modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Zelovari provides end-of-life cost comparison and funeral expense optimization tools, including burial versus cremation cost analysis, prepaid funeral plan NPV calculations, VA burial benefit eligibility assessment, and Medicaid asset protection planning estimates. Zelovari is not a funeral home, insurance provider, or financial advisor. All cost estimates and benefit calculations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or medical advice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Zelovari solely for lawful personal end-of-life financial planning. You shall not scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute funeral cost data obtained from the Service. Automated access without a valid API subscription is prohibited. You may not use the Service to misrepresent costs to funeral service providers or to commit insurance fraud.

4. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, funeral cost models, geographic pricing indices, and benefit calculation methodologies are the proprietary intellectual property of Smart Technology Investments LLC. Your use of the Service grants no ownership rights to the underlying computation models, data sets, or software. Generated reports are licensed for your personal use only.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Smart Technology Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of funeral cost estimates, including but not limited to pricing discrepancies with actual funeral providers, benefit eligibility determinations, or decisions made in reliance on Service output. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Disclaimers

Funeral and burial costs vary significantly by provider, location, and service selection. Zelovari estimates are derived from FTC Funeral Rule pricing data, regional surveys, and public records. VA burial benefits are subject to eligibility requirements set by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Medicaid asset protection thresholds vary by state. Users should consult with licensed professionals before making end-of-life financial commitments.

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from your use of Zelovari shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Smart Technology Investments LLC.
